Cut the insole according to the desired number by following the dotted line and the instructions on the card included in the package. Insert the insole in the shoe keeping the aluminum side in contact with the sole of the shoe.

Remove the insole daily from shoes after use, so as to leave it in the air to regenerate, keeping it more hygienic and prolonging its life.
