Cut the slab according to the desired number, following the dotted line. Insert the insole in the shoe with the cotton cloth in contact with the foot.

Remove the insole daily from shoes after use, so as to leave it in the air to regenerate, keeping it more hygienic and prolonging its life.

Hand washable in warm water (maximum 30° C) with mild soap
